Skilled Trades Hiring Across the Gulf Coast
PSV operates as a vertically integrated joint venture executing scope of work at modular fabrication yards and field installation sites in Beaumont, Corpus Christi, and Brownsville. We hire craft workers directly, train them on our standards, and place them on the projects driving the American industrial buildout.
Construction Laborer (Welding Skill Required)
Support fitters, welders, and pipefitters with material staging, fit up, tack welding, and site execution at modular fabrication yards and field installation locations.
Industrial Electrician
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems, instrumentation, and controls in industrial modules and Gulf Coast field installations.
Pipe and Plate Welder
Weld pipe and plate components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions for industrial structural and pipe applications, including FCAW, RMD, GTAW, and SMAW processes.

Universal Requirements
Same Bar for Every Hire
Every PSV craft worker meets the same standards. These apply equally to U.S. workers and workers hired through the H 2B program.
- Pass a pre hire drug test and medical physical
- Pass a written and functional test administered at the worksite at PSV expense
- Lift and move a minimum of 50 lbs
- Work in confined spaces and at heights exceeding 200 feet
- Comply with all OSHA, company, and client safety protocols
- Show valid right to work in the United States
Shift Schedule
Two Shifts, Project Driven
PSV runs two shifts to keep modules and field execution moving. Days and shift assignment vary by client demand.
Day Shift
7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Night Shift
3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
Lunch
30 minutes
Days
Monday through Sunday, per client need
