We self-perform our work. PSV is not a staffing agency. We take on fabrication and construction scopes and execute them with our own trained crews, our own supervisors, and our own quality management systems. Every project is delivered under PSV's direct operational control.

Fabrication Supervisors
Senior leaders with 15–20+ years managing large-scale fabrication operations — structural steel modules, process vessels, and modular assemblies. They bring the institutional knowledge that keeps complex projects on track and on spec.
QA/QC Specialists
Trained on PSV's quality assurance and quality control systems. They ensure every weld, every dimension, and every assembly meets or exceeds client standards — with zero tolerance for deviation.
Hands-On Training
Experienced workers train alongside domestic crews on proprietary fabrication workflows and techniques. This knowledge transfer model develops the next generation of American industrial workers while maintaining execution quality today.
Supplemental Workforce for Peak Project Periods
When project timelines demand it, PSV can supplement its domestic workforce through federally authorized visa programs — the E-2 Treaty Investor program and the H-2B Temporary Worker program. These are tools used during peak demand periods only, not the foundation of our business.
Every position filled through these programs complies fully with U.S. Department of Labor regulations and USCIS requirements. H-2B positions are offered to qualified American workers first through the DOL's required domestic recruitment process. Workers are brought in only after the DOL certifies that insufficient domestic workers are available.
E-2 Treaty Investor
Essential employees with specialized fabrication knowledge critical to PSV's operations. Senior supervisors and technical specialists who bring irreplaceable expertise and train alongside domestic crews.
H-2B Temporary Workers
Qualified craft workers — welders, fitters, ironworkers, and pipefitters — brought in for temporary assignments during peak project activity after DOL certification that domestic workers are unavailable.
Helping Contractors Access the H-2B Program
Beyond our own operations, PSV Industries operates a dedicated H-2B consulting division. We help other industrial contractors navigate the H-2B Temporary Worker program — from initial strategy through DOL certification, consulate processing, and worker mobilization.
The H-2B program is complex. Most contractors don't have the in-house expertise to manage DOL filings, prevailing wage determinations, recruitment compliance, and consulate coordination. PSV's consulting team handles the entire process — so contractors can focus on executing their projects.
