Classroom instruction is paired with hands-on, paid training on real PSV construction projects. Students earn while they learn — removing the financial barrier that keeps talented people out of the trades.

Students don't just practice in a lab. They train on live PSV projects — learning company rules, project specifics, and site protocols hands-on. When they graduate, they already know how the work gets done.
Fast Time to Certification
Our accelerated program compresses what traditionally takes 1 to 2 years into 6 to 8 months of intensive, practical training. Cohorts are scheduled around live jobs so graduates roll straight onto revenue work.

Classroom & Lab Training
Foundational instruction covering welding techniques, blueprint reading, safety protocols, and trade theory. Students earn OSHA-10/30, NCCER Core, and AWS D1.1 certifications during this phase.
On-the-Job Training
Paid, hands-on training on live PSV construction projects. Students work alongside experienced tradespeople, learning real-world project execution, company procedures, and site-specific requirements.
Certification & Graduation
Students complete all required certifications and graduate as qualified, site-ready tradespeople. They leave with industry-recognized credentials that are valued across the construction and industrial sectors.
Direct Employment
Graduates receive guaranteed interview days with PSV alliance contractors and priority placement into open positions. First come, first served — our graduates are first in line for the best jobs.
